Whittens was engaged to deliver bulk earthworks and civil construction for Mining Area C P4-P6 Diversion Bund.

The scope comprised of channel diversion excavations, flood protection bunds and set up and connection of an HDPE water supply pipe running from the P3 standpipe tank to the laydown yard. The project included approximately 120,000m3 of bulk earthworks.
