“We are a people-centric company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
“I am inspired by the strong female leadership presence and “one team” approach throughout the company,” said Jenny.
Jenny is excited about the future of Whittens because of its priority to continue to diversify whilst being realistic in what Whittens can achieve.
“At Whittens, there is a sensible approach to winning work and the sectors we can excel in. The exciting thing about this is that we can continue to deliver on our revenue targets and still spend time improving our systems, processes and the way we work,” Jenny said.
