Iyad Lashin’s career history spans more than 20 years, working across a range of industries including large multi-disciplined infrastructure projects, major resources, oil and gas, and building projects within government and private sectors.

A skilled leader in pre-contracts and engineering, Iyad specialises in roads, rail, concrete works, bridges, pipelines, earthworks, piling, marine works, structural works, and multi- discipline complexities of remote and metropolitan projects.

He has a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative, value-engineered solutions. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong and trusted strategic relationships with colleagues, business partners, clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

Iyad has been with Whittens since 2020. His role as Executive Pre-contracts Manager has him overseeing strategy, business capture, estimating, planning, and bid management.
